Louanna Meza Tapia

Louanna Meza Tapia, age 61, passed away on March 16, 2024. She was born on July 29, 1962, in Beeville, Texas to the late Augustine Meza, Sr. and Fidela (Moncebais) Meza.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Tapia.

     Louanna’s devotion to family and friends knew no bounds as she showered them with generosity and love throughout her life. She graciously served her community through her company, LMT insurance, and was always ready to lend an ear.

     She leaves behind a legacy of love and support. Louanna is survived by her sons, Noah Paull Meza, and Dustin Ross Meza both of Beeville; four grandchildren, Isabel Meza, Noah Adan Meza, Micah Paull Meza, Isiah Ross Meza and Baby Enzo Roy Meza all of Beeville; three sisters, Eunice (Joe) Calzada of Richmond, Linda (Dexter) Williams of Missouri City and Naomi Meza of Austin. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.

     A visitation will be held from 3-8 pm on Monday, March 25, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, March 26, at Oak Park Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

     Serving as pallbearers are Noah Paull Meza, Dustin Ross Meza, Noah Adan Meza, John Hudson, David Benavides and Joe Calzada.
